It's such a pretty place Seville. Fabulous architecture, quaint horse-drawn carriages, vibrant colour and orange trees galore!

It's full of hidden patios and courtyards, shady orange trees, narrow alleys, quaint tapas bars, gypsy flamenco and Spanish colour.....sangrian red, saffron yellow, fern green and marmelade orange.
Pierre and I did all the touristy things.....drank a little sangria, sampled Seville's sweet orange wine, tried the paella, nibbled tapas, enjoyed gypsy flamenco, visited palaces, cathedrals and galleries...and got lost in those winding narrow alleys.
When the thunder storm struck, we thought that God was trying to tell us something. But, as a good friend said, "only the good die young"....so we felt relatively safe! |
And it's true what they say about the people of Seville....they're relaxed, friendly and passionate about their culture.
And at the airport, we thought we'd pick up a quick snack to take home...praps some instant paella, a bottle of sangria and some ham. Only kidding!
Muchas gracias Seville!
